MOORESVILLE, NC – Front Row Motorsports (FRM) has announced a significant restructuring of its competition department, including the appointment of Grant Hutchens as the new crew chief for Noah Gragson and the No. 4 Ford Mustang team in the upcoming NASCAR Cup Series season. Drew Blickensderfer, who previously led the No. 4 team, will transition to the newly established role of Competition Director.
