Marcel Barthel, widely recognized in the professional wrestling world as WWE superstar Ludwig Kaiser, was arrested in Florida on battery charges following an alleged physical altercation with a neighbor in an Orlando apartment complex. In response to the charges, Barthel, through his attorney Thomas D. Sommerville, has waived his appearance for the scheduled arraignment proceedings. He has formally entered a written plea of "not guilty" to the battery charge and has requested a trial to adjudicate the matter.
