The system is expected to be fully operational just prior to the 65th running of IMSA’s Rolex 24 At Daytona, a grueling 24-hour endurance race known for its demanding conditions, and the 69th running of NASCAR’s crown jewel event, the Daytona 500. The enhanced lighting will be a critical factor in ensuring the safety and spectacle of these high-profile races, particularly if they extend into nighttime hours.
