Biggest post-NFL Draft questions facing each team: 49ers QB situation, will DeAndre Hopkins remain a Cardinal?

The NFL Draft has ended and teams are moving on to preparations for the 2023 regular season. Even though some questions were answered during the draft, there are still some lingering questions for each club. Questions range from specific roster decisions to big-picture views of the team heading into 2023 and beyond.

Some of the major questions facing each team include whether DeAndre Hopkins will be traded, if Desmond Ridder will be the quarterback Atlanta can build around and who will start opposite of Marlon Humphrey for Baltimore. Buffalo’s offense is also being scrutinized, especially with the addition of Damien Harris. Bryce Young’s readiness to take the field and Justin Fields’ potential growth as a passer are two other major concerns.

The Bengals face questions about their backfield, particularly with Joe Mixon’s off-the-field issues and on-field performance, while the Browns are anxious to see how Deshaun Watson performs in 2023. Other teams wonder who will start as kicker and whether a wide receiver will be traded. In Detroit, running back Jahmyr Gibbs, drafted No. 12 overall, will have a lot to prove in order to quiet doubts about the pick. Teams will continue to make moves throughout the offseason, contributing to the ever-evolving nature of the NFL.
